Cryptofunder reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site after such changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

1. By using the Site, you affirm that:

• A Campaign Creator: To launch a crowdfunding campaign for personal, creative, business, or charitable purposes.
• A Backer or Donor: To contribute to campaigns listed on the Site.

5. Donations and Campaign Contributions

5.1 Donations are Voluntary

Contributions to campaigns are voluntary and not refundable unless otherwise specified. By contributing to a campaign, you acknowledge and agree that your donation is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5.2 Processing Donations

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Cryptofunder does not store your payment information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is correct and up to date.

Cryptofunder does not charge fees for making a donation, but certain transaction fees (e.g., processing fees) may apply, which will be disclosed before the transaction is completed.

Cryptofunder may charge a fee for creating a crowdfunding campaign. Any such fees will be disclosed to you at the time of creating a campaign.

5.3 Campaign Funding and Payment Disbursement

When you create a campaign, you are responsible for setting the campaign goal and managing the funds raised. Funds will be transferred to you via the payment processor upon successful completion of the campaign, subject to the platform’s disbursement policies and any applicable fees.

Funds are generally disbursed within a reasonable timeframe after the campaign’s conclusion, but delays may occur depending on the payment processor and other factors.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Site Ownership

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, graphics, software, and other materials, are the property of Cryptofunder or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without express written permission from Cryptofunder.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or post to the Site, including project descriptions, images, videos, and other media ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Cryptofunder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the operation of the Site and Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to submit and use your User Content.
• Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptofunder’s liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site or Services will be limited to the amount you paid to Cryptofunder in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Cryptofunder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or damage to reputation.
